โ OUR PROGRAMMES โ
Three Preparations, Three Stages of Understanding
Each programme is a self-contained course of study, designed to be followed deliberately and at the learner's appropriate pace.
Back to Homeโ OUR METHODOLOGY โ
How We Structure Each Programme
Assess
Before each programme begins, participants complete a brief intake exercise that establishes current familiarity with concepts. This allows facilitators to calibrate the pace of sessions.
Layer
Concepts are introduced in sequence, with each new topic building on vocabulary and frameworks already established. No assumption is made that participants know what has not yet been covered.
Consolidate
Each module ends with a consolidation exercise. Participants are not assessed for a grade โ the exercise is for their own reference, to surface gaps before moving forward.
PROGRAMME 1 ยท SIMPLE REMEDIES
Budget Foundations
An introductory programme presenting household budgeting as simple herbal remedies โ gentle, considered, well-understood. Participants learn the basic preparations of budgeting, expense awareness, and reserve-setting through measured exercises.
Materials include compendium-style workbooks, recorded sessions, and a reference glossary. Suited for careful, methodical learners who are new to structured financial thinking or who wish to revisit foundations they feel were never clearly explained.
- Household budget construction and maintenance
- Expense categorisation and awareness exercises
- Reserve-setting principles and emergency fund concepts
- Compendium workbook and reference glossary included
- Recorded session access for participants
PROGRAMME 2 ยท COMPOUND PREPARATIONS
Investment Studies
An educational programme examining investment concepts as compound preparations โ where multiple elements are combined according to their properties. Content covers equities, bonds, unit trusts, Shariah-compliant instruments, and Malaysian market features from a descriptive standpoint.
This programme does not recommend specific products or funds. It equips participants to read and understand product disclosures, compare instrument characteristics, and form their own considered questions when speaking with a licensed adviser.
- Equities, bonds, and unit trust fundamentals
- Shariah-compliant instruments: sukuk, Islamic unit trusts
- Malaysian market structure and regulatory overview
- Annotated case studies with local market examples
- Optional group consultation sessions
PROGRAMME 3 ยท LONG REGIMEN
Lifetime Planning Studies
An extended programme on retirement and legacy planning, presented as a long herbal regimen followed across decades. Topics include EPF, private retirement schemes (PRS), healthcare considerations, and estate basics within the Malaysian context.
This programme is suited to participants who have a reasonable working knowledge of personal finance and wish to think carefully and systematically about the decades ahead. Optional individual facilitator sessions allow for personalised discussion within educational scope.
- EPF: structure, withdrawal rules, and planning considerations
- Private Retirement Schemes (PRS) overview
- Healthcare and takaful within retirement planning
- Estate basics: wills, faraid, and trust instruments
- Personal planning portfolio (compiled through the programme)
- Optional individual facilitator sessions included
